Staff Interview - Marie Crawford

She got her first Motorhome after the loss of her parents and inherited their dog. She also has her own dog and her and her husband knew they could no longer have foreign holidays, so they bought their first motorhome an Elddis 115. After a few months they found it too small, so purchased a 155. Again after a few months they wanted one with a full bathroom and the 255 was welcomed into their lives.

"If I am not out in the motorhome which is most weekends you will find me pottering around down my allotment. I love the freedom and the relaxing feeling I get when away in the motorhome (the wine also helps)."

Come and see us at the NEC Motorhome Show:
Tuesday 13th – Sunday 18th February 2024

The Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show is returning to Birmingham's NEC from 13th – 18th February 2024. With over 1,000 products on display, the show is the only place to step inside, browse and compare new for 2024 leisure vehicles direct from the manufacturers and dealers and our team will be there! Visit Steve on the Auto-Trail stand and Andy on the Bailey stand.

Visit Steve on the Auto-Trail stand for a tour of all their models including the recently launched Excel range launched at the October show. The Compact Coachbuilt Excel range is based on the lightweight low profile wide rear axled Ford chassis and has four models with varying layouts.

Excel 620G features a transverse bed to the rear, with large garage beneath for storage. A half dinette can be made into a single bed. 4 belts, 3 berth.
Excel 675B features a large rear bathroom above a spacious garage. The front lounge can be converted into a double bed. 4 belt, 2 berth.
Excel 690L has a large rear U shaped lounge which converts to either two singles or one double bed. The half dinette at the front can also convert to a single if required. 4 belt, 3 berth.
Excel 690T features two raised single beds at the rear, which also convert to a double, over a spacious garage. At the front the half dinette can convert to a single bed if required. 4 belt, 3 berth.

Also at the show, The Expedition, V-Line, Adventure, Imala and much more! With 27 models on display on their stand, don’t miss it! Look for Steve and he’ll look after you!

Andy will be on the Bailey stand ready to see you and show you around all their models including the recently launched Bailey Endeavour. Bailey has partnered with Ford Pro to produce this much anticipated Van Conversion and we love it!

Endeavour B62 has a convertible U-shaped rear lounge with removable central transverse seat. Two x single beds or one x double bed. Convertible washroom space with dual position tambour door, allowing for 15% additional living space when washroom is not in use. 2 belt, 2 berth.
Endeavour B64 has a pop-top double bed in roof and twin Aguti convertible rear travel seats. Convertible washroom space with dual position tambour door, allowing for 15% additional living space when washroom is not in use. 4 belt, 4 berth.

Also on display at the NEC show is the ALORA range of motorhomes. A hybrid product which provides the convenience of a van conversion with comfort of a coach built motorhome. All three models in the range are built on a 3,500kg chassis and feature a front Flexi lounge with twin Aguti convertible travelling seats. All three layouts feature rear fixed bed configurations with underbed storage. The full range of Adamo motorhomes will also be on display.

NEW Swift Trekker Range

Arriving in March this year, the new Trekker range from Swift is the next generation of campervans from this popular British manufacturer. We only have glimpses of the Trekker so far from artfully styled silhouettes, but we know that it's built on a Ford base vehicle and can spy flashes of bold, vibrant decals on its exterior, as well as premium leather upholstery – more than enough to get excited for this launch.
