It will be a sad day at the of this month when we say goodbye to one of our longest serving and most loved members of our team... Mike.

Mike O’Connor has worked at Dolphin since 2009 and never without a smile on his face and a cup of tea to hand out. He has spent time and care handing over approximately 5000 vehicles to our customers and cooked hundreds of burgers at Shamba over the years. His care and dedication to our Southampton site is second to none making sure it always looks spic and span and that the fish were well fed!

As well as looking after the Hampshire site and all of you customers, he also looked after the staff! What are we going to do without you Mike! He has made endless cups of tea and 'special' coffees for all of us and has fed and watered Josh with love, care and calories! The diet starts in February Josh!

Mike we can't thank you enough for your time, caring manor, love and support and devotion to Dolphin. You will be truly missed and leave a big hole. We wish you much happiness in your retirement and hope you enjoy some well deserved time with Andra and your family.
