Autotrail V-Line 600

The V-Line 600 has been two years in the planning and has been launched for the 2014 season. This front lounge design is based on the Fiat Ducato LWB making it just under 6 meters in length.

Unlike lots of van conversions the V-Lines distinct and impressive appearance is down to the panoramic 'Skyline' roof light that is unique to Autotrail. This in turn allows Autotrail to raise the floor to give a flat floor throughout the vehicle. Built in to the raised floor is not only the plumbing and heating ducts but also some well designed storage compartments.

Available in white or dark metallic grey (by opting for the Sport Line Pack) the V-Line looks very stylish.

Mr & Mrs Lewis from Bransgore, have recently placed an order for their 8th Motorhome from Andy Diggle at Dolphin Dorset. Back in 1997, they purchased their first motorhome which was an Elddis Eclipse. Since then, they have had a mixture of Auto-Sleepers, Autocruise & Compass motorhomes and were the first to order one the Elddis Envys which are exclusive to Dolphin and they are looking forward to collecting in March.

Phil & Sue Dyson recently collected their 30th motorhome (yes you did read that right) from us back in November 2013, a new Auto-Sleepers Nuevo EK. They purchased their very first vehicle from Josh Willis back in 2000. At the time they owned a caravan & were on their way back from Silverstone having decided a motorhome would better suit their requirements. They called in on a busy Sunday afternoon when Josh was working on his own. Every time Josh went to speak with them Phil & Sue told him they were not in a rush and to go and speak with the other customers who he hadn't already spoken to... this soon turned into Phil & Sue making their way around other customers on site offering refreshments.

Once the last customer had left late in the afternoon, Josh finally went over to them, thanking them for all their help, when Phil said, before you start, "I just need to grab something from our motorhome"... he then brought Josh back a strong German beer from his fridge & insisted they sit out in the sunshine to have a drink before discussing business! They then ordered their first vehicle, a Swift Sundance 590RS and have never looked back. Josh always maintains the beer was so strong he had no idea what sort of deal he had agreed…..but judging by the fact they have now returned another 29 times, it must have been good!! Joking aside, you couldn’t wish to meet kinder people than Phil & Sue and we are so pleased they chose to call in that Sunday afternoon and to have built the relationship we have.

Since then, they have had a selection of makes, models & layouts, ranging from Ace, Auto-Sleepers, Auto-Trail, Autocruise, Elddis, Swift and Trigano, even at times having two motorhomes at once. Their son Ross is also a motorhome enthusiast and currently owns a Trigano Tribute 669 purchased through ourselves. Running their own Architectural Ironmongers (Dyson King) in Chichester, after working all the hours under the sun, they know the importance of how to enjoy themselves & find motorhoming the perfect get away to relax from their everyday lifestyle & use it to enjoy their other hobbies, such as: tractors, steam traction engines, Mini Cooper racing, to name just a few and also spend time travelling from their property in France.

Dolphin's Summer Spectacular is back for a 3rd year running at Shamba Holiday Park near Ringwood. Last year was a huge success with the hot weather and events was enjoyed by all.

We hope you can join us in July for this year’s event. We are not currently taking any pitch reservations for the weekend but watch this space! More details will be available on our website in the next coming months and we will be sending our invitations via e-mail.
